MY STORY
From Italy
to Fort Lauderdale.
I grew up near Naples, where I discovered my love for working with hair. That passion took me to Barcelona and later to Milan. Each place brought new techniques, different perspectives and people to learn from.
In Milan, I developed my own way of working through Maria Cammisa Hair Studio, alongside bridal styling, editorial projects, historical hair design and film.
Teaching has also been part of my journey. Through professional training, I have shared techniques and practical experience with students and fellow hairstylists.
After moving to South Florida, I worked as a manager at a salon in Las Olas before opening my own boutique in Fort Lauderdale. Today, it brings together the things I value in my work: time to listen, honest advice and attention to the person in the chair.
